Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

CANCELLATION POLICY – Workshops Events Retreats

Soul Mantra understands that unexpected events and circumstances can occur that are out of your control. Accordingly, when you register for one of our events, the following cancellation policy applies:

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All cancellation or change requests should be made via email to Vicki@soulmantra.com.au prior to the commencement of the event or workshop.

Where the event is postponed due to unforeseeable circumstances any fees paid will be held in credit pending the reschedule of the event or workshop. Any refunds requested in this instance will only be reimbursed less any materials purchased, or cost associated with the booking, all cost will be deduction from the booking fee, this will be at the discretion of Soul Mantra.

Soul Mantra reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event in cases where the number of attendees is too low for the event to be meaningful.

All cancellations and replacements must be advised in writing via email. vicki@Soulmantra.com.au

CANCELLATION POLICY – Readings and Healings

You can reschedule your appointment up until 48 hours before your session via the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellations can be processed up until 48 hours before your session via the link in your confirmation email. Refunds for cancelled sessions are processed manually and can take 5-10 days to show in your account.

Vicki is booked out several weeks in advance and has a waitlist for cancellations.
There is a strict no refunds or reschedule policy if you miss your session. Please make sure you add your appointment to your calendar to avoid disappointment.

Refund and Returns Policy – Soul Mantra Products

REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully, change of mind returns are no longer permitted.

Soul Mantra products are meticulously packaged with great care and attention. Instances of transit damage, incorrect orders or faulty items are unlikely.
If such an issue arises, please reach out to me, vicki@soulmantra.com.au within 48 hours of receipt of your products with your order number and photos.

Refunds or replacements for damaged items
If an item arrives damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or a partial refund of that item cost, depending on severity of the damage.
Please provide a photos of the damaged order and packaging please.

Incorrect item received
If you have been sent an incorrect item, Soul Mantra will cover the costs for the correct item to be re-sent. Should you wish to keep the incorrect item we can arrange for a refund if there is any price difference.

Order not delivered
If your order was not delivered because no one was home or the parcel was not collected in time from a designated collection point, usually it will automatically be returned to sender.

You are eligible for a refund (minus the shipping fee) only after we have received your parcel back.
You can request for the returned order to be re-shipped at your expense.

A manual invoice will be emailed for payment of these shipping charges.

Incorrect shipping address

Please note that if you entered the wrong shipping address and we delivered to the address supplied refunds cannot be issued.

Refunds or replacements for orders lost in transit
Following a formal investigation by the carrier, if an order is deemed as lost in transit, we will either refund your order in full OR arrange for a replacement order to be sent.
